Salary: USD 124,000 - 145,000 / annual

Archer Technologies is an aerospace company based in San Jose building an all-electric vertical takeoff and landing (eVTOL) aircraft designed to carry four passengers while producing minimal noise. The company is focused on advancing sustainable air mobility through innovative aircraft design, manufacturing, and operations. As a Supply Chain Planner, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining material schedules aligned with the business plan in a fast-paced, highly regulated aerospace manufacturing environment. Your core responsibilities include forecasting and reporting on material availability across raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods inventory. You will also forecast and analyze current and projected spend and purchase price variance (PPV) to support financial planning. A key aspect of the role involves creating and analyzing "what-if" scenarios to support strategic business planning and capacity optimization. You will work with ERP/MES systems to maintain accurate MRP schedules and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the supply chain network. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, or Operations, with 6+ years of experience managing MRP schedules in ERP/MES-driven environments. Experience in automotive or high-volume manufacturing is valued. You should be comfortable with ERP, MRP, and MES systems management, capacity planning, and supply chain network optimization. Strong analytical and computer skills, combined with exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities, are essential. APICS certification and SAP experience are bonuses. This is a full-time position offering a competitive base salary range of $124,000–$145,000, with actual compensation determined by job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
