Salary: USD 105,000 - 120,000 / annual
OLIPOP is a Series C beverage company on a mission to create functional soda that's delicious and good for you—combining 6-9g of fiber with 2-5g of sugar. The Supply Chain Manager, Customization will report to the Director of Contract Manufacturing and play a critical role in scaling the company's manufacturing and packaging operations.
Key responsibilities include supporting contract negotiations and ongoing management with third-party manufacturers and packaging vendors; overseeing end-to-end supply chain operations including production, quality, warehousing, and transportation; leading weekly performance reviews to identify gaps and drive continuous improvement against KPIs like order fulfillment and quality metrics; coordinating new product planning, execution, and launches with manufacturing and packaging partners; and solving complex operational challenges using proven problem-solving methodologies.
The ideal candidate brings 5-10 years of supply chain operations experience, preferably in consumer-packaged goods (CPG) or beverages. Strong negotiation, project management, analytical, and supplier relationship management skills are essential. You should be comfortable with significant travel (up to 50%), familiar with Google platforms and Salesforce, and experienced in implementing AI and automation tools. Six Sigma Lean certification is preferred. This is a dynamic role in a fast-paced, collaborative growth environment where you'll wear multiple hats, solve issues on the fly, and work cross-functionally to support innovation and operational excellence.
