DTX Pharma, a Novartis Company, is seeking a Supply Chain Head to lead supply chain operations in the Vietnam market. This is a Band Level 4 role based in Ho Chi Minh City, responsible for ensuring supply continuity aligned with Regional APMA Supply Chain Management objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop the Supply Chain and Warehouse teams, ensuring alignment with regional strategy and team development goals
- Develop, monitor, and improve KPIs for supply chain and warehouse operations in line with Regional APMA SCM targets
- Ensure supply continuity in the Vietnam market in accordance with commercial team strategy and sales targets
- Manage inventory health and effective bridging stock during manufacturing transitions, MA expiry, or supply disruptions
- Coordinate with Regional APMA SCM and manufacturing sites on implementing new processes, systems, and guidelines (SKU, MOQ, EOQ, lead-time, shipping mode)
- Manage total Warehouse & Distribution (W&D) expenses within approved budgets
- Support S&OP meetings with commercial teams to validate forecasts for demand planning (SAP, Futurcast, Rapid Respond updates)
- Manage overall Service Level Agreements (SIT) with distributors, preventing stockouts for key growth brands
- Minimize expired goods in line with regional standards
- Lead new product launches by coordinating with local teams (Franchise, Market Access, DRA) and manufacturing sites
- Manage distributor relationships, supporting stock management and tender submissions
- Serve as Supply Chain Security lead for warehouse facilities and inventory security
- Act as NEM 3 coordinator for the Vietnam CPO warehouse, facilitating activities aligned with NEM 2 guidelines and local regulations
- Support NEM2 in completing Country NEM Control circle and monitor/report NEM incidents
Required Qualifications:
- University degree in Finance, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field
- Solid experience in a similar supply chain leadership role, preferably in pharmaceutical companies
- Direct experience working across multiple departments (finance, accounting, commercial, manufacturing, regulatory)
- Advanced IT skills with knowledge of supply chain tools
- Clear and effective communication with strong stakeholder management abilities
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese
