Salary: USD 110,000 - 120,000 / annual

Pair Eyewear is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to support inbound and outbound logistics operations, reporting to the Senior Manager of Logistics Operations. This role manages the full lifecycle of purchase orders, freight execution, 3PL coordination, and SKU management to ensure efficient product flow from suppliers through warehouses to customers. Key responsibilities include managing inbound purchase orders and shipments with supplier coordination and risk flagging; coordinating inbound freight bookings and tracking shipments through delivery while resolving delays, damages, and documentation issues; executing and tracking outbound shipments with 3PL coordination and issue resolution; partnering with warehouse teams during peak periods and launches; owning SKU setup and maintenance in NetSuite with focus on data accuracy; preparing weekly and monthly KPI reporting on PO health, inbound/outbound performance, transit times, and service levels; supporting cross-functional process improvements with Sourcing, Planning, Customer Experience, Logistics, and warehouse partners; and managing ad hoc, rush, or exception-based shipments. The ideal candidate is highly organized and execution-focused, comfortable managing multiple simultaneous shipments, POs, and SKUs. You should be detail-oriented with strong data hygiene practices, proactive in identifying and escalating supply chain risks, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Clear communication and cross-functional collaboration with internal teams, suppliers, freight forwarders, 3PLs, and warehouse partners are essential. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field; 5+ years of supply chain, logistics, sourcing, production, or operations experience; advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, data analysis); hands-on experience with freight forwarders, carriers, distribution centers, or 3PLs; and required hands-on NetSuite experience including SKU/item management and supply chain workflows. Nice-to-have skills include SourceDay and TMS tools experience.
