Anduril Industries, a defense technology company, is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to join the Voyager team in Herndon, VA. This role serves as an order-management specialist within operations, owning the accurate, end-to-end processing of customer and internal orders from entry through fulfillment, invoicing, and reconciliation.
You will manage the complete order-to-cash cycle, working primarily in Salesforce and SAP Business ByDesign. Key responsibilities include processing and validating sales orders, coordinating with hardware vendors on purchase orders, managing order fulfillment and shipments with logistics partners, communicating status to customers and resellers, and reconciling invoices against purchase orders. You'll maintain clean master and transactional data, support order-to-cash reporting and backlog metrics, ensure compliance with government-contracting requirements (FAR/DFARS), and identify workflow improvements.
Required qualifications: 4+ years in order management, supply chain, logistics, or operations; strong hands-on Salesforce experience (primary system); working knowledge of SAP Business ByDesign or comparable ERP; understanding of order-to-cash cycles; basic familiarity with U.S. government contracting and FAR/DFARS; thorough understanding of customs regulations and export controls including HTS/HS commodity codes; strong Excel proficiency; excellent attention to detail; clear written and verbal communication; ability to coordinate across finance, logistics, and mission operations teams. Must be a U.S. Person able to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance. Must work on-site in Herndon, VA.
Preferred: Oracle ERP experience (the team is migrating to Oracle); prior defense, aerospace, or regulated government-contracting environment experience; familiarity with DPAS-rated orders, export-control basics, and shipment documentation requirements.
