Karat is the world's largest technical interviewing platform, serving companies like PayPal, Atlassian, and Citi. The Interview Delivery team is responsible for scaling a seamless interview experience and maintaining a high-quality network of expert interviewers.
As Supply Acquisition Coordinator, you will drive interviewer recruitment and onboarding initiatives to support supply growth. Your responsibilities include executing sourcing and outreach campaigns, using AI-powered tools to screen candidates and improve funnel quality, and coordinating across Interview Delivery, Marketing, Product, Analytics, and Operations teams to optimize recruitment efficiency.
You will track and report on key supply metrics including funnel conversion, time-to-onboard, candidate quality, and retention trends. You'll maintain accurate pipeline data in applicant tracking and workflow management systems, identify process bottlenecks, and recommend improvements to increase recruiting efficiency and candidate experience.
This role requires 3+ years of experience in marketplace operations, supply acquisition, recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, or related fields. You should have strong organizational and project management skills, proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse preferred) and sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach to building scalable processes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (CEFR B2 or higher) and demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams are essential.
The position is fully remote but currently limited to candidates residing in Mexico City. No visa sponsorship is provided; candidates must be authorized to work in Mexico.
