Commonwealth Fusion Systems is seeking a Supplier Integration Manager to lead all supply chain activities for the SPARC Assembly team. This role combines strategic sourcing, tactical procurement, and supplier management within a high-impact fusion energy project.
You will be embedded within project and engineering teams, serving as the primary supply chain leader accountable for meeting internal customer needs. Your focus areas include capital equipment, tooling, consumables, and services required for SPARC Assembly and related initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing sourcing strategies for SPARC and beyond
- Managing strategic supplier relationships and negotiations
- Executing tactical procurement activities to support project timelines
- Collaborating closely with engineering and project teams to understand requirements
- Ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and on-time delivery of materials and services
- Hands-on involvement in supply chain planning and execution
