GetYourGuide is a global marketplace connecting travelers with unique activities and experiences. The Care team seeks a Supplier Experience Specialist to support supply partners across 14 international offices and enable them to succeed on the platform.
You will be the operational backbone connecting local sales teams, supply partners, and cross-functional teams (content, product, finance, connectivity). Your core responsibilities include:
• Support daily operations for the local sales team and their supply partners across 14 offices
• Troubleshoot and resolve supply-related issues in collaboration with international stakeholders
• Lead supplier education and training on platform features, updates, and tools
• Train local sales teams on internal systems and processes
• Drive internal process improvement and business process optimization initiatives
• Monitor inventory quality, pricing, and availability; support new product creation
• Manage partner communications and guide suppliers through successful onboarding
You thrive in process-driven environments and excel at problem-solving. You are personable, collaborative, and an excellent communicator (written and verbal). You're comfortable with data analysis, JIRA, Excel, CRM systems, and AI tools. You understand customer-centricity and can apply it when working with business partners. You're a self-starter who values effective time management and prioritization.
Required: 2–4 years of work experience, fluency in English plus one additional European language. Travel/tour/activity industry experience is a plus.
The role is hybrid (3 days in-office: Mon/Tue/Thu; 2 days optional remote focus time) based in Berlin.
