Fictiv is building an operating system for sourcing custom mechanical parts, serving Fortune 500 customers developing autonomous vehicles, surgical systems, and industrial robots. The company is expanding operations into India and seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead program execution and oversight.
In this role, you will manage end-to-end project execution across multiple programs and regions, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timelines. You will oversee cross-functional coordination involving engineering, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, and quality teams. Working directly with Manufacturing Partners (MPs) and serving as the primary customer point of contact, you will drive scope clarity, issue resolution, and stakeholder management to ensure program success.
Key responsibilities include developing comprehensive project plans, proactively identifying and managing program risks with mitigation strategies, and maintaining alignment with internal teams, customers, and manufacturing partners. You will understand customer requirements, drive resolution of fulfillment gaps, and own the evaluation and execution of post-sale change requests while balancing scope, risk, and cost implications.
You will track and report on program performance using defined metrics (cost, time, quality, risk), escalate issues as needed, and keep leadership informed with timely updates and documentation. As an experienced team member, you will follow defined processes while driving their implementation in the new India region with new manufacturing partners. You will actively identify workflow improvements and drive cross-functional projects to enhance operational effectiveness. Additionally, you will support the development of robust processes for new service offerings.
You will report on-site to the Program Management Lead in the Bengaluru office. This is a high-impact role where you'll shape the future of hardware manufacturing through smart program leadership in a fast-paced environment with cutting-edge global programs.
