Salary: USD 70,304 - 89,535 / annual

WelbeHealth operates a PACE (Programs of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) program that delivers comprehensive medical and community-based services to seniors, enabling them to remain in their homes and communities. The organization provides integrated care including medical, dental, physical therapy, and related services with a strong focus on participant outcomes and organizational values. The Supervisor, Scheduling role serves as the operational and subject-matter expert for all scheduling functions across the organization. This is a people-management position responsible for directly supervising and developing a team of Scheduling Specialists and an Onsite Specialty Scheduler. The supervisor ensures accurate, timely scheduling of participant appointments while maintaining compliance with WelbeHealth's protocols, policies, and regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include: providing operational oversight of scheduling workflows and participant appointment scheduling; troubleshooting complex or urgent scheduling issues and serving as the escalation point for internal staff, external entities, and participants; conducting quality assurance reviews and audits of scheduling data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance; supervising and mentoring team members with coaching and daily oversight; monitoring team productivity, accuracy, and adherence to performance standards; and reinforcing the organization's commitment to exceptional customer service through professional, timely, and empathetic communication. The role requires a minimum of two years of healthcare scheduling or operations experience, two years of supervisory experience with demonstrated mentoring ability, and one year of hands-on experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and scheduling/communication platforms. Candidates should have strong leadership skills, the ability to coach and develop high-performing teams, and experience working in data-driven environments. A high school diploma or equivalency is required; an associate or bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or operations management is preferred.
