EVERSANA is a global commercialization services company serving the life sciences industry with over 7,000 employees across 650+ clients ranging from biotech startups to established pharmaceutical companies. The Supervisor, Program Management role is a people-leadership position responsible for day-to-day operations of a team in a professional office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of employees, including hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance management
- Set clear direction, develop effective plans, and establish measurable outcomes for the team
- Ensure compliance with key performance indicators (KPIs) and contractual obligations
- Monitor team productivity, efficiency, and accuracy; identify and implement operational improvements
- Coach and develop direct reports through regular 1:1s and team huddles
- Oversee resolution of employee issues and evaluate performance
- Schedule staff according to program business needs using available site tools
- Serve as escalation point for customer complaints requiring higher-level expertise
- Interface with clients regarding operational performance and program needs
- Identify and execute cross-training opportunities to build team capability
- Promote effective teamwork and maintain high quality standards in accordance with organizational policies and applicable laws
- Act as backup for the team as needed
- Adapt to fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining confidentiality and meeting deadlines
The role is largely sedentary (up to 90% sitting/standing) and requires mental alertness, strong verbal and written communication, ability to concentrate on details, handle stress, and think analytically. The work environment is a professional office with moderate noise levels, frequent interruptions, and multiple competing demands.
