Sollis Health is seeking a Supervisor of Operations to oversee day-to-day operations at one of its concierge emergency facilities in Beverly Hills. In this role, you will manage a team of clinical and support staff, including Front Desk Coordinators, Patient Care Associates, Radiology Technicians, and Lab Specialists, ensuring exceptional service delivery and member care.
Key responsibilities include:
• Supervise clinic staff performance, conduct performance reviews, and implement corrective action plans as needed
• Oversee workflows across front desk, lab, radiology, and general patient flow to optimize clinic operations
• Serve as the primary escalation point for patient and employee concerns, coordinating with senior Operations leadership
• Manage inventory of clinical supplies in partnership with Nursing leadership to maintain adequate stock levels
• Create and maintain staff schedules for clinical and operations teams
• Complete bi-weekly payroll processing and daily reconciliation of employee timecards
• Provide front desk coverage as needed to support daily operations
You will work as part of the Operations management team, reporting to senior leadership and playing a critical role in maintaining smooth, efficient clinic operations. This is a hands-on supervisory role that requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
