Salary: USD 60,000 - 70,000 / annual

Veho is building modern, end-to-end logistics infrastructure for ecommerce. The company powers seamless shopping, shipping, and returns for brands like HelloFresh, Zara, Macy's, and Sephora through vertically integrated supply chain operations and next-generation technology. As a Ground Operations Supervisor, you will lead a hands-on warehouse team, managing day-to-day operations and developing warehouse associates and leads. You are responsible for setting operational excellence standards, coaching team members on warehouse skills, and planning their development for future growth. Your core responsibilities include: • Lead a fast-paced warehouse environment with quick thinking and physical agility, embracing physically demanding work with enthusiasm • Plan and prioritize team and business initiatives, navigating technology platforms to manage operational and logistical challenges • Develop a consistent approach to team development with milestones for continuous improvement • Assess operational needs swiftly and work cross-functionally to ensure seamless operations while prioritizing safety • Adapt to an ever-changing environment to ensure on-time delivery and exceed expectations of customers, clients, drivers, and employees • Schedule shifts effectively to align with business needs, operational hours, and projected volume • Coach, train, and develop team members using values-based leadership • Lead teams to achieve key KPIs and operational metrics • Partner cross-functionally to ensure successful operations • Manage accuracy of reports, scheduling, and cross-functional communication • Ensure sort and launch packages are processed efficiently while adhering to safety standards The anticipated initial schedule is Sunday–Thursday, 5am–3pm, though warehouse operating hours vary based on operational needs. Warehouses typically operate first, second, and third shifts, and schedules are subject to change. Warehouse leadership is expected to be onsite during scheduled shifts; occasional off-site work is at manager discretion. QUALIFICATIONS: • Minimum 1 year of previous management experience in logistics, operations, or a related field (preferred) • Proficient in technology platforms and tools relevant to logistics operations • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment • Commitment to delivering exceptional experiences to team members and driver partners • Willingness to complete a comprehensive background check • Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, holidays, and weekends, as required by operational needs • Physically able to work in a warehouse environment: standing for the duration of shifts, moving boxes with frequent bending, lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds regularly, working in hot or cold temperatures, and working in environments with loud noise and fumes • Minimal travel required
