The role manages end-to-end onboarding processes for new partner companies, ensuring timely and efficient integration. You will partner closely with Compliance and internal stakeholders to streamline approvals and reduce turnaround times, while tracking progress and providing status updates to stakeholders. Key responsibilities include coordinating and preparing STAR Compliance disclosures on behalf of the SID team, consolidating data from expense management platforms (Coupa, Expensify) to ensure accurate disclosure reporting, and working with Compliance to facilitate timely submissions and regulatory adherence. The role supports the SID Sales team by providing accurate data that enables informed decision-making, efficient pipeline management, and stronger client engagement. You will identify opportunities to enhance operational processes, improve reporting capabilities, and drive greater efficiency across the team. You must be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively across sales, compliance, and operational teams. The position offers hybrid flexibility: in-office Monday-Thursday with remote work on Friday. Comprehensive benefits include competitive salary, bonus, and equity; 100% premium coverage for medical, dental, vision, prescription, life insurance, and long-term disability; retirement plans with company match; and unlimited PTO.
