PhysicsX is a deep-tech company building AI-driven simulation software for engineering and manufacturing across aerospace, defense, materials, energy, semiconductors, and automotive. Following Series C funding, the company is scaling rapidly and has established a dedicated Strategy & Programs function to ensure disciplined, aligned growth.
As a Strategy & Programs Manager, you will operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, working across functional boundaries on high-impact initiatives. This is a generalist role designed to bring fresh perspective to cross-functional challenges that risk falling through cracks as the organization scales.
Key responsibilities include: leading outcome-driven programs in partnership with functional leaders; translating broad strategic objectives into measurable, milestone-based execution plans; supporting the company's strategic planning process including annual strategy refreshes, quarterly business reviews, and OKR cycles; proactively identifying company and team-level challenges through stakeholder feedback and operational metrics; driving cross-functional alignment across Delivery, Product, Research, and Operations; and communicating program impact through internal briefs and retrospective reports.
Recent example programs include company-wide strategic planning and OKR alignment, regional market expansion assessment and business case development, AI tooling rollout to improve productivity and enable scale, and board/investor reporting that connects performance data with growth narrative.
You will build rare context across every corner of the organization, learning how a scaling company operates from the inside. The role demands discretion and judgment, particularly on sensitive strategic decisions. You'll work closely with executive leadership and serve as connective tissue holding the organization together during rapid growth.
