As a Strategy & Operations Generalist, you will be a core member of the leadership team, partnering closely with founders, engineering, research, and business teams to drive high-priority initiatives across the organization. This is a broad, high-impact role spanning GTM strategy, data and automation, partnerships, internal operations, and organizational scaling.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving and executing cross-functional initiatives spanning product, research, and business operations
- Building scalable processes to accelerate company growth
- Partnering with leadership on strategic planning, prioritization, and execution
- Owning special projects ranging from market analysis and automation to partnerships, operations, and finance
- Developing insights and frameworks to guide decision-making across the company
- Serving as a force multiplier for the leadership team by identifying bottlenecks and unlocking growth
You should have 7-10 years of experience in strategy or operations at early-stage startups, or equivalent consulting experience at a top-tier firm. The ideal candidate is both strategic and execution-oriented—able to think big picture while being a builder at heart. You are autonomous with strong ownership mentality, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and a bias toward action. You communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams, thrive in dynamic and ambiguous environments, and have a deep interest in AI strategies and the AI market.
