You'll join the Business Operations team in São Paulo as an Operations & Automation Analyst. This hybrid role (2-3 days/week in office at Complexo JK Iguatemi) splits your time between running recurring operations and automating those processes using AI and internal tooling.
Your responsibilities include:
- Managing post-go-live client operations, much of which currently relies on manual steps, spreadsheets, and institutional knowledge
- Running operations reliably while redesigning workflows to eliminate manual execution
- Connecting dots across multiple workstreams as priorities shift with new products, markets, and partner requirements
- Maintaining accuracy and data integrity while adapting quickly to business changes
- Building and implementing AI-powered solutions rather than just using existing tools
