As Strategy & Operations Manager for Crypto, you will own key operational processes for Revolut's crypto products while ensuring full regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of financial innovation and operational excellence, positioned at the forefront of crypto adoption in Europe.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning end-to-end operational processes for crypto products
- Leading cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution, partnering with Engineering, Legal, Product, Risk, and Treasury teams
- Designing scalable, resilient processes that meet compliance and regulatory standards across regions
- Collaborating with external partners including crypto issuers, blockchain providers, liquidity venues, and custodians
- Monitoring and improving key performance metrics for crypto operations and product health
- Supporting new market launches and adapting operations to jurisdictional requirements
- Researching market best practices and recommending innovations for the product roadmap
- Partnering with Product Managers to influence prioritization and customer experience
You will need 4+ years of experience in operations, strategy, product, or consulting roles in high-growth or fast-paced environments. A track record of owning projects end-to-end and driving measurable outcomes is essential. You should be an excellent problem-solver comfortable operating in ambiguity, with a data-driven mindset and proficiency in tools like Excel or SQL. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are critical.
Nice-to-have qualifications include experience with crypto, digital asset, or fintech products, and exposure to regulated environments in financial services or crypto.
