As Strategy & Operations Manager, you will tackle the company's most complex problems across operations, go-to-market, partnerships, and beyond. You'll work directly with founders to set and ensure operational KPIs are met, develop and implement innovative solutions to improve product quality and business outcomes, and build scalable processes to support Venn's continued hypergrowth.
Key responsibilities include analyzing data to provide meaningful insights to internal teams (particularly Product) on customer experience improvements, optimizing processes for scale, and driving projects from conception through execution while collaborating across multiple teams.
You bring 3+ years of experience in fast-paced environments—whether at high-growth startups, management consulting firms, or investment banking. You're analytical and hyper-logical, with a proven track record of owning and leading complex projects end-to-end. You have a passion for data and hands-on experience with SQL, Python, and Excel to solve problems and improve processes. You're naturally curious, challenge the status quo, and excel at breaking complex problems into manageable components.
Bonus experience includes early-stage or fast-growing startup background, fintech exposure, and intermediate-to-advanced SQL knowledge.
