With 75+ million customers and 13,000+ employees worldwide, the company is experiencing rapid growth and seeking an Operations Manager to help scale operations across Switzerland and globally. In this role, you'll act as a key stakeholder in day-to-day operations for the Switzerland market, building and optimizing scalable processes that support the company's expansion. You'll identify high-impact product, operational, licensing, and growth opportunities while ensuring seamless customer experiences. Your responsibilities include overseeing first-line defense functions, providing oversight of outsourced operations, and executing scaled operations in collaboration with cross-functional teams across Lithuania, London, and other global offices. You'll manage critical vendor relationships, develop strategic supply chain partnerships, and negotiate commercial terms. The role requires monitoring country-specific risk incidents and conduct issues, coordinating regulatory inspections, and maintaining management information systems to track growth metrics and risk incidents. You'll also run support organizations, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure service level agreements are consistently met. The ideal candidate has a top academic background with a STEM degree from a leading university and 3+ years of experience in fast-paced environments, ideally in financial services or management consulting. You should have demonstrated experience managing risk, compliance, and outsourcing operations, with a proven track record of taking ownership of complex projects end-to-end. Strong problem-solving skills, natural curiosity, and the ability to break complex challenges into manageable components are essential. Nice-to-have skills include experience working with regulators and proficiency in SQL, Python, or R.
