Revolut is a global fintech super app serving 75+ million customers with products spanning spending, saving, investing, exchanging, and travel. As a Strategy & Operations Manager based in Bengaluru, you'll join the Operations team—a group focused on solving the company's toughest challenges at scale through precision, creativity, and systematic problem-solving.
You'll own high-impact initiatives across the business, designing systems that unlock efficiency and power global growth. Your responsibilities include building and optimizing scalable processes to support Revolut's hyper-growth, leading and executing core infrastructure projects, and prioritizing which initiatives the team should tackle and when. You'll search for new features that enhance the customer experience, manage critical vendor relationships, develop performance tracking systems, and negotiate commercial terms for strategic supply chain partnerships.
The role requires breaking down complex problems into manageable pieces, working with data to drive decisions, and taking end-to-end ownership of projects in a fast-paced environment. You'll collaborate across the organization to shape how Revolut continues to expand and operate globally.
Required qualifications include a 2:1 degree from a top university, 2+ years of work experience in a fast-paced environment, and coding experience with SQL, Python, or R. You should have a proven track record of leading complex projects, natural curiosity, and an interest in the financial industry.
