As Strategy & Operations Manager, you will join Revolut's Operations team, which tackles the company's most complex challenges with speed and precision. This role offers high autonomy and focuses on problem-solving at scale to unlock efficiency and power global growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Navigating and advising on the US regulatory landscape and current legislation
- Collaborating with global teams to align US expansion strategies with international standards
- Developing and executing entry and implementation strategies for new markets
- Building strategic operational and growth partnerships
- Identifying and mitigating operational risks across the organization
- Establishing vendor relationships and creating performance tracking systems
- Operating independently to design systems and policies supporting expansion
You will need 6+ years of experience in consulting, regulatory analysis, market expansions, or fast-growing startups. A deep understanding of the US regulatory environment and financial/technology landscape is essential. You should demonstrate proven success in high-autonomy roles with strong organizational and project management skills. The ideal candidate can break complex tasks into manageable components, prioritize effectively under tight deadlines, work collaboratively across global teams, and maintain a hands-on, learning-oriented approach.
