As a Strategy & Operations Manager, you'll join Revolut's hyper-talented Operations team, which tackles the company's most complex, hard-to-solve problems. Rather than routine maintenance, you'll create elegant, scalable solutions that enable Revolut's ambitious growth plans. Key responsibilities include: - Building and optimizing scalable processes to support hyper-growth - Leading and executing core infrastructure projects end-to-end - Prioritizing projects and setting timelines to reach goals quickly - Identifying new features to enhance the customer experience - Managing critical vendor relationships and building performance tracking systems - Developing strategic supply chain partnerships and negotiating commercial terms You'll work across all areas of the business, diving into the nitty-gritty to solve problems for millions of customers worldwide. This role requires hands-on involvement with data, complex problem-solving, and the ability to break down large challenges into manageable pieces. Required qualifications: - 2:1 degree from a top university - 2+ years of work experience in a fast-paced environment - Hands-on coding experience with SQL, Python, or R - Proven track record of taking ownership and leading complex projects end-to-end - Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data - Natural curiosity and drive to make an impact - Interest in the financial industry Revolut is certified as a Great Place to Work and actively seeks diverse talent to build exceptional, innovative products.
