Salary: USD 170,000 - 200,000 / annual

As a Strategy & Operations Manager, you will be embedded in the Strategy & Operations team, reporting directly to the VP of Strategy & Operations. You will execute a diverse array of strategic initiatives across the business with a focus on high-priority areas for leadership. This role offers broad exposure across the company through rotation through various high-impact initiatives. Key responsibilities include: - Execute strategic projects across the business, diving deep into areas of high priority for leadership - Develop and deploy a portfolio of operational processes in close collaboration with subject matter experts - Rotate through high-impact initiatives providing broad company exposure - Support Garner's strategic operating rhythm, including managing company KPIs and driving annual/quarterly planning processes - Work directly with leadership on high-visibility business initiatives The role is designed for a self-starter who wants to work on hard problems, deliver real impact, and be pushed to excel. REQUIREMENTS: - 2+ years of experience in a strategic problem-solving role; prior experience in management consulting, investment banking, or early-stage startup environment - Strong ability to break down unstructured problems into component parts, recommend solutions, and work with cross-functional stakeholders to implement them - High ownership mentality combined with detail orientation, with a track record of delivering operational initiatives - Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize insights from complex data - Interest and/or experience working in healthcare, with a mission to improve the U.S. healthcare system - Desire to do work that matters and be held to high standards; energized by missions with measurable outcomes
