Join Deliveroo's Commercial team as a Strategy & Operations Manager for Deliveroo for Work (DfW), the company's B2B arm serving corporate clients globally. You'll lead cross-functional programs that shape how Deliveroo serves restaurants, grocers, and new verticals worldwide.
In this hybrid London-based role, you'll define and execute strategic initiatives at a global scale. Your responsibilities include designing priority programs like Plus for Business with full ownership of cross-functional alignment and targets; building playbooks, go-to-market frameworks, and scalable operational models for local teams; partnering closely with Product and Tech teams to navigate complexity and develop technical solutions for corporate customers; streamlining processes across markets to reduce operational complexity while respecting local dynamics; and tracking, analyzing, and reporting on core initiative metrics to maintain visibility and drive continuous iteration.
You'll thrive in this role if you bring significant experience in strategy consulting or business operations within tech, marketplace, or B2B environments. The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional stakeholder management skills with proven ability to build consensus across commercial and product teams; entrepreneurial ownership with the ability to balance high-level strategy with hands-on execution in ambiguous, fast-paced environments; strong proficiency in data tools to solve complex problems combined with deep understanding of marketplace dynamics and B2B monetization; and practical understanding of how to apply AI tools to enhance operational output and drive business results.
