Anthropic is seeking a Strategy & Operations Lead for Enterprise Marketing to build the operating system behind the org's planning, decision-making, and accountability. This is a foundational role where you will design and own systems that do not yet exist, directly shaping how Enterprise Marketing scales. You will own the operating cadence—weekly business reviews, monthly all-team meetings, and quarterly business reviews—where decisions are made, not just status reported. You will improve internal communication by cutting noise in written channels and designing offsites that produce actionable decisions. You will run the annual and half-year planning cycle end-to-end: authoring top-down directional targets backsolved from company revenue goals, pressure-testing plans without holding authority over the teams that wrote them, and surfacing gaps. You will aggregate functional plans (product marketing, demand generation, etc.) into one coherent narrative for Enterprise Marketing's input to broader marketing priorities. You will build a return-on-investment framework from scratch with finance partners, connecting spend and headcount to output performance. You will turn analysis into recommendations that executive audiences act on and can defend under scrutiny. You will also baseline how Enterprise Marketing uses Claude tools, sequence what Claude should automate, set success criteria upfront, and decide what should remain manual. You will report what each change returned—evidence Enterprise Marketing shows customers. This role requires hands-on execution: you write memos, build financial models, and run meetings yourself. Structure earns its place by helping people decide faster; process for its own sake does not.
