Anthropic is hiring a Strategy & Operations Manager for the Frontier GTM team to coordinate how the company's AI research reaches the market. This role sits at the critical intersection of GTM, Product, Research, Finance, and Compute teams, owning the end-to-end commercial execution of model and product launches. Key responsibilities include: **Launch Execution**: Serve as the GTM DRI (directly responsible individual) for product and model launches, owning account selection, field readiness coordination, and launch-week operations. Synthesize customer adoption signals (usage patterns, migration behavior, field feedback) into actionable executive readouts. Design and run the field response loop to capture, triage, and route customer feedback to relevant teams. **Methodology Development**: Design and iterate GTM's new product introduction (NPI) methodology across standard releases and managed-access programs, including operating cadence, roles, handoffs, and launch-readiness criteria. Own the executive reporting cadence for launches, making adoption trends legible in real-time and retrospectively in a continuous sprint environment. **Cross-functional Partnership**: Act as GTM's primary interface to Product S&O and Research on launch planning, ensuring commercial readiness aligns with product/model readiness. Collaborate with Sales Strategy, Applied AI, and Customer Success on field execution across segments and regions. Partner with Capacity teams on rate limits, provisioning, and capacity planning. Coordinate on competitive protect-play targeting and response. Required qualifications include experience in product operations, PMM operations, release management, management consulting, or GTM strategy & operations. You must have built and run high-stakes, operations-heavy programs with many cross-functional dependencies at a high-velocity product company, with a track record of turning effective heroics into repeatable, scaled methodology. Strong written and verbal communication skills for senior executives are essential. Exceptional analytical skills rooted in data with actionable insights, ability to design metrics and reporting that make programs legible, and a bias toward extreme ownership are critical. Bachelor's degree required. Preferred qualifications include SQL and code-level data proficiency, sophisticated modeling in Sheets/Excel, and BI tool experience (Looker, BigQuery). Experience at an AI, developer-tools, or API-first company with consumption-based pricing is valued. Commercial role experience (sales, rev ops, product marketing) or product management background is a plus. Familiarity with safety, trust & safety, or security-review processes in a product context is preferred.
