This Strategy & Operations role sits at the center of the Creator Supply function, reporting directly to the VP of Finance & Operations. You will own the analytics, targets, incentive programs, and operational fixes that ensure creators are sourced, activated, paid, and retained on the marketplace.
Key responsibilities include:
**Size and Balance Creator Supply**: Set creator-number targets relative to demand across segments, and track performance against them. Own the supply-and-demand read to identify inventory versus demand constraints and determine what levers to pull.
**Grow and Activate Creator Supply**: Own analytics across the full creator funnel from sourcing through first accepted deal. Build programs to close gaps at each step and partner with Product and Growth on highest-leverage initiatives.
**Retention and Reactivation**: Own analytics behind creator retention, catch churn signals early, and systematize repeat-deal behavior. Build plays to reactivate lapsed creators.
**Supply-Side Incentives**: Partner with Strategic Finance to design, execute, and monitor incentive programs. Provide field insights on what scales, what needs redesign, and what should be killed.
**End-to-End Problem Resolution**: Own resolution of creator payment, delivery, and disbursement issues. Pressure-test new supply-facing products early. Build dashboards and single sources of truth to enable a small team to scale without proportional headcount growth.
You will work cross-functionally with VP Creator, Product, Engineering, and Data teams. The role is not fixed to Creator Supply forever—as the team grows, expect to tackle the messiest business problems across the organization. Success requires intellectual curiosity, comfort with ambiguity, willingness to move fast with little structure, and ability to operate at both microscopic and strategic levels.
