Anduril Industries is a defense technology company transforming U.S. and allied military capabilities through advanced autonomy, AI, computer vision, and sensor fusion. The Design & Construction team delivers the factories, labs, offices, and secure spaces that enable Anduril to design, build, and deploy critical defense technology at speed.
As Strategy & Operations lead for Capital Projects, you will be a high-impact individual contributor embedded in Anduril's most ambitious and highest-stakes infrastructure initiatives. You'll operate at the intersection of strategy, operations, and execution, serving as the connective tissue between business lines and the Design & Construction organization.
Key responsibilities include:
**Megaproject Support:** Embed alongside Construction Project Managers on large-scale megaprojects (advanced-manufacturing plants, energetics facilities, shipyards, secure environments) to ensure scope capture and executive visibility. Serve as connective tissue between business lines and D&C, maintaining project velocity through stakeholder management and deadline enforcement. Build analyses that frame executive-level decisions on cost and timing tradeoffs. Support early facility conceptualization including financial modeling and operational requirements validation.
**Tooling & Analytics:** Build financial dashboards, reporting systems, approval workflows, and facility design standards. Start with scrappy V1 tools in Excel, test and iterate, then graduate proven solutions into industry software. Work with construction and real estate software systems (including Palantir Foundry) to create actionable insights and analytics that help teams measure and improve processes.
**Site Turnovers:** Own the final phase of launching facilities by partnering with Construction Project Managers and Facilities teams to resolve punchlists, ensure production readiness, and integrate with physical security, network engineering, and other functions.
**Executive Support:** Prepare crisp briefings for senior leadership, manage cross-functional stakeholder groups, and lead high-stakes special projects that may span space planning, facilities management, corporate real estate, and industrial engineering.
This role requires comfort with ambiguity, strong project management across diverse stakeholders, and the ability to move fluidly between strategic analysis and tactical execution. You'll need experience in management consulting, operations, or similar high-complexity environments, plus demonstrated ability to build tools and drive process improvement.
