Anduril Industries is a defense technology company transforming U.S. and allied military capabilities through advanced autonomy, AI, computer vision, and sensor fusion. The Design & Construction team delivers the factories, labs, offices, and secure spaces that enable Anduril's teams to design, build, and deploy critical defense technology.
As Strategy & Operations lead for Capital Projects, you will serve as a high-impact variable resource addressing the organization's most ambiguous and highest-stakes problems. Your responsibilities span three core areas:
Megaproject Support: Embed alongside Construction Project Managers on large, mission-critical projects (advanced manufacturing plants, energetics facilities, shipyards, secure environments) to ensure scope capture and executive visibility. Serve as connective tissue between business lines and Design & Construction, maintaining project velocity through stakeholder meetings and deadline enforcement. Build analyses that frame executive-level decisions on cost and timing tradeoffs. Support early facility conceptualization including financial modeling and operational requirement validation.
Design & Construction Tooling & Analytics: Power the innovation engine by building financial dashboards, creating approval workflows, collaborating on facility design standards, and developing tools to improve organizational capability. Work with industry-standard real estate and construction software, leveraging data to create insights using Excel, Palantir Foundry, and similar tools. Equip functional teams to measure and improve processes.
Site Turnovers & Special Projects: Own the final phase of launching facilities by partnering with Project Managers and Facilities teams to resolve construction punchlists, ensure Production readiness, and integrate with physical security and network engineering. Prepare executive briefings, manage cross-functional stakeholders, and lead high-stakes special projects that may extend into space planning, facilities management, corporate real estate, and industrial engineering.
This role requires comfort with ambiguity, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to operate effectively across technical and business domains. You will work on projects that directly accelerate how quickly critical defense technology moves from concept to production.
