Parambil is an AI-powered platform transforming how law firms review medical records, turning weeks of manual work into minutes of intelligent analysis. The company helps personal injury attorneys identify key medical facts and build stronger cases. You will work directly with the CEO as a top-tier operator across all functions: engineering, customer success, sales, operations, and finance. You'll own problems without existing owners and build systems enabling company growth without CEO involvement in every decision. This is a hands-on role where you'll conduct analysis yourself. Key responsibilities in your first year: - Own the operating cadence: weekly leadership meetings, quarterly planning, board preparation, and company-level goal-setting with clear owners and metrics - Build and maintain the company's financial and operating model with finance, translating it into decisions on hiring, pricing, spend, and runway - Run two to three high-priority strategic projects simultaneously, such as entering new customer segments, redesigning pricing, or establishing new functions before dedicated leaders are hired - Prepare board and investor materials; support fundraising diligence - Partner with sales and customer success leadership on pipeline, retention, and expansion analysis - Drive the hiring plan with the leadership team, from headcount decisions to closing key candidates - Serve as the CEO's thought partner, managing priorities and ensuring the right issues reach the CEO's desk You'll move between strategy and execution in the same afternoon, finish what you start, and are comfortable with ambiguity and accountability for outcomes you don't fully control. You have strong judgment about what to escalate, decide, or leave alone. REQUIREMENTS: - 6–9 years of experience, including time in investment banking, management consulting, or private equity - At least 2 years in an operating role at a venture-backed startup - Experience at Series A or later company - Strong analytical skills: build models from scratch, pressure-test others' models, explain findings concisely - Clear writing; memos lead with the answer - Comfortable with ambiguity and accountability for outcomes not fully under your control NICE TO HAVE: - Experience in legal tech, vertical SaaS, or selling to professional services firms - Familiarity with healthcare or medical records
