Farsight is an AI-powered platform that enables teams to deliver client-ready documents natively in Microsoft Office Suite (slide decks, CIMs, financial models, memos). Unlike general AI finance platforms focused on research, Farsight specializes in high-quality, personalized deliverables generation and iteration. The platform captures judgment data through comments, edits, and nuances made during document refinement, using a firm's historical best practices and voice to ensure branded, non-generic outputs. The company operates with SOC-2 compliance, full end-to-end encryption, and flexible deployment options.
As a Strategy & Operations Associate, you will serve as connective tissue across the organization, translating ideas into execution across product, engineering, customer success, and leadership. You will partner closely with engineers to scope, test, and launch new features and workflows. You'll serve as a hands-on advisor to strategic customers, guiding onboarding, product setup, and early use-case design, and work directly with users to build and deploy customized workflows. You'll gather frontline feedback to shape product roadmap and feature prioritization, drive cross-functional initiatives requiring coordination across the organization, help build internal systems and playbooks to scale operations, and contribute to go-to-market motion by translating platform capabilities into clear, value-driven narratives.
