Key responsibilities include: • Lead operational strategy for large-scale, high-complexity events with major partners and novel formats • Own projects from conception through execution, ensuring delivery meets partner expectations and internal standards • Design scalable operational models and processes from scratch, translating partner needs into executable frameworks • Break down complex, ambiguous problems into actionable plans and anticipate operational risks • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Originals, Product, and local Operations teams to align stakeholders • Act as the primary operational point of contact for key partners • Oversee implementation on the ground and unblock critical issues Success means delivering complex events without relying on existing playbooks, designing reusable operational models, positioning Fever as a strategic operator (not just executor), and driving projects forward with minimal escalation. You bring 2–4 years of experience in Strategy & Operations roles at high-growth companies, with proven ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems and lead projects end-to-end. You are a structured problem solver with a builder mentality, high ownership, and strong stakeholder management skills.
