Salary: USD 120,000 - 160,000 / annual
EliseAI is a venture-backed AI company (Series E, $250M raised) focused on deploying agentic AI into mission-critical industries: housing and healthcare. The company helps organizations reduce manual work, improve accessibility, and deliver seamless experiences by integrating AI agents into existing workflows.
This is a newly created, high-ownership role serving as the operational bridge between Sales, Product, and Engineering teams. You will be responsible for the successful onboarding and deployment of EliseAI's healthcare product with customers, ensuring clients see value quickly and internal teams remain aligned throughout the customer lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead client-facing engagements, joining customer calls to track progress, surface needs, and ensure smooth rollout experiences
- Own the end-to-end onboarding and implementation process for healthcare clients from signed contract through successful deployment
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to remove blockers, identify workflow opportunities, and deliver on customer priorities
- Monitor client adoption and feedback, identifying trends and improvement opportunities in both process and product
- Support documentation and continuous refinement of internal implementation workflows and client communications
- Maintain high client satisfaction by ensuring clear expectations, met timelines, and proactive communication
- Take ownership of projects and client issues with a bias toward solutions and action
- Contribute to attracting top-tier talent to the team
The role operates in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment with full autonomy, no micromanagement, and high expectations for impact and execution.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in management consulting, banking, as a founder, or in an operational/generalist role at an early-stage startup
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
- Willingness to take on a variety of roles and responsibilities
- Ability to prioritize effectively and execute in unstructured, ambiguous environments
- Strong ownership and accountability mindset
- Willingness to work in-person at the NYC office 5 days per week
