The Future Platforms team operates as a startup-within-a-startup, responsible for executing the next generation of AI products and business lines. This team blends go-to-market, product, operations, and strategy with deep C-suite involvement and founder-level ownership.
As Strategy and Operations Manager on Future Platforms, you will help establish and scale a critical new function: moving future platform products from early customer promise to live, adopted, business-impacting deployments. You'll own how the deployment motion works and scales.
Key responsibilities include: owning core pieces of the deployment motion (e.g., scoping methodology, migration readiness, product requirements pipeline); diagnosing where processes break using engagement data and direct observation; planning for scaling to higher volumes and identifying constraints; designing and driving execution across Product, Engineering, Partnerships, and Delivery; carrying 1-2 customer engagements yourself to stay grounded in reality; shaping the product roadmap based on deployment patterns; and helping build and develop the team.
You'll partner closely with senior leadership while owning outcomes. This role requires operating like a founder: comfortable with ambiguity, energized by turning messy processes into scalable systems, and willing to do whatever it takes to execute.
Requirements: 3-7 years in management consulting, corporate strategy, product management, or founder/operator roles at high-growth startups; strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills; track record of designing processes or systems that persist; strong technical intuition (STEM degree or equivalent); ability to take ownership and operate autonomously in ambiguous, fast-paced environments; proven ability to manage complex projects end-to-end in client-facing settings; excellent communication and stakeholder influence; willingness to travel ~1 day per month for ~3 days; willingness to work in-office 4-5 days per week.
