As Strategic Project Manager within the Growth/Distribution team, you'll be the operational engine translating partner ambitions into live, scaling distribution. You'll sit at the center of cross-functional collaboration between Partner Management, Commercial, Connectivity, and Operations teams, owning the end-to-end execution of distribution initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Design and coordinate end-to-end distribution plans for each partner, defining which experiences, channels, timelines, and outcomes matter most
- Serve as the project management hub across all stakeholders, owning timelines, dependencies, and deliverables
- Drive cross-functional execution by coordinating operational launches, unblocking issues, and keeping integrations on track
- Manage the pipeline of distribution projects, prioritizing by impact vs. effort and maintaining alignment across teams
- Build repeatable processes and playbooks to accelerate partner onboarding and scalability
- Track and report on project KPIs including time-to-launch, coverage, partners live, and revenue ramp
- Identify risks and bottlenecks early and drive resolution
You bring 3–5 years of project/program management, PMO, operations, or partner coordination experience, ideally in high-growth startups, marketplaces, travel/ticketing, or e-commerce. An engineering background is essential—you understand technical constraints and can translate between business and technical teams. You thrive in fast-paced startup environments, excel at stakeholder management and influencing without formal authority, and combine business acumen with partner-oriented thinking to turn complex needs into actionable plans.
