As Strategic Programs Manager, you will own end-to-end rollout programs for Legora's most strategic legal accounts. This role sits within the Post-sales organization and is central to delivering world-class AI implementations for leading law firms. You will report to the Strategic Programs Lead and coordinate closely with Legal Engineering, Engagement, and Customer Delivery teams. Key responsibilities include: - Owning the complete rollout program for strategic accounts, including planning, sequencing, and execution across multi-office and multi-practice launches - Driving change management and stakeholder alignment across knowledge management, innovation, IT, practice groups, and attorneys to build durable adoption - Coordinating resources across Legal Engineering, Engagement, and Customer Delivery to deliver local and cross-border implementations while maintaining Legora best practices for global consistency - Establishing success metrics and governance frameworks, defining what good looks like, and establishing reporting cadence for executive visibility - Monitoring and analyzing adoption metrics to identify friction points in the user journey and proposing strategic interventions during implementation - Turning rollout learnings and adoption signals into reusable playbooks, templates, and benchmarks that raise the bar for future launches - Acting as a connective layer across teams to drive clarity, prioritization, and progress - Bringing structured, execution-focused thinking to ambiguous problems and pushing work to completion You will own the operating system that de-risks and accelerates adoption for strategic clients, making them faster, more impactful, more consistent, and more measurable. The role is based in the Union Square office in New York City and requires in-person collaboration 5 days per week. REQUIREMENTS: - 4+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or transformation/implementation-focused roles - Bachelor's degree required - Demonstrated leadership experience: have led programs, workstreams, or teams with end-to-end ownership of outcomes - Experience within a professional services environment (Legal, Big 4, or Management Consulting) is highly preferred - Strong change management instincts with a track record of driving adoption across complex stakeholder groups - Advanced PowerPoint skills with high-velocity output and ability to synthesize complex ideas into structured, boardroom-ready presentations - Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights - Obsession with user adoption and responsiveness to client needs - Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail - Clear and confident communication with ability to influence stakeholders across teams - Natural ownership mindset; proactive problem-solver with strong bias toward execution and operational rigor - Relentless, hands-on, get-it-done mentality - Excited to work in person, collaborating closely with teammates in the office 5 days per week
