Figma is seeking a Strategic Program Manager to join Figma Weave, the company's AI-native design platform. This role is a key operational partner to the executive team, responsible for scaling a fast-growing business through cross-functional program leadership, operational execution, and process automation.
You will lead strategic programs end-to-end—from problem framing and option analysis through rollout, change management, and measurement. You'll partner with leaders across product, marketing, customer experience, and operations to translate strategic priorities into concrete programs with clear owners, milestones, and success metrics.
Key responsibilities include owning the operating cadence of Figma Weave (planning rhythm, executive rituals, All Hands structure, and review mechanisms); designing and shipping AI-powered automations that eliminate repetitive manual work across functions; building dashboards and inspection mechanisms that turn data into decisions; developing business cases that shape major decisions; crafting executive-level narratives for planning packages and board materials; and supporting budget tracking and operational rigor while building systems to address emerging operational needs.
This role spans three layers of work in parallel: strategic program leadership, operational execution, and process automation. You'll identify high-friction workflows, prototype solutions, and roll them out to the team. You'll build the dashboards, queries, and tooling that enable data-driven decision-making. You'll develop business cases that structure ambiguous problems, conduct research, weigh options, and surface clear recommendations.
The ideal candidate thinks in systems, instinctively resolves ambiguity, and reaches for code or AI before reaching for a meeting. You're equally comfortable writing a strategic memo and shipping a script that automates a workflow. This is a full-time, in-office role based in New York.
