As a Strategic Program Manager, you will act as a trusted advisor and primary customer advocate, partnering with leading enterprises and startups to accelerate product launches without sacrificing quality. You'll bring deep expertise in engineering, operations, quality, and logistics to guide customers through New Product Development (NPD), New Product Introduction (NPI), and mass production phases.
Key responsibilities include: serving as the primary customer advocate and building strong relationships; collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Fulfillment teams to scope, plan, and execute complex programs; leveraging technical expertise in engineering and manufacturing to identify risks early and develop mitigation plans; acting as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for assigned programs; monitoring and reporting program milestones with necessary adjustments; identifying process improvement opportunities; facilitating regular status meetings with customers and internal teams; and contributing to the Quality Management System (QMS).
You will ensure products launch on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards. Your ability to align internal teams with customer goals will be central to delivering consistent, measurable value. You'll also play an active role in continuous improvement, refining internal processes and driving operational enhancements.
Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering; 5+ years managing projects/programs in fast-paced engineering or manufacturing environments; hands-on experience with NPD, NPI, and high-volume manufacturing; expertise in manufacturing processes (CNC Machining, 3D Printing, Injection Molding, Sheet Metal Fabrication, Die Casting, or Assembly); customer-facing experience in complex technical sales; strong program and risk management skills; proficiency with program management tools; self-starter mentality with strong business acumen; outstanding communication skills across multi-cultural, cross-functional teams.
