N26, a leading European neobank, is seeking a Strategic Partner Management Associate to join its Banking Foundations Domain. This hybrid role bridges high-level strategy with operational execution, serving as a key liaison between external partners and internal stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Security.
You will manage strategic governance and analytics by preparing and facilitating Quarterly and Half-Yearly Business Reviews with external partners and internal leaders. You'll build and maintain dashboards tracking vendor SLAs, quality metrics, and productivity trends to support data-driven decision-making. Working cross-functionally, you'll consult with operations, product, and tech teams to deploy automated reporting and process solutions that scale with N26's growth.
Financial operations responsibilities include designing and running monthly invoice reconciliation processes, gathering multi-source inputs, and validating partner billing against contracted rates. You'll track invoice accuracy metrics, establish financial anomaly triggers, and support dispute resolution with external vendors. You'll also work with Finance to operationalize vendor requests, track spend variance, and identify efficiency opportunities across partner contracts.
Lifecycle management duties encompass supporting procurement in MSA execution and oversight, ensuring compliance with Security, IT, Legal, Tax, and Business Continuity standards. You'll conduct vendor onboarding and offboarding procedures, including risk assessments and technical readiness evaluations. Administrative responsibilities include managing hardware/software licensing, access rights governance, and partner-facing communications per security protocols. You'll also serve as the central interface for internal and external auditors, coordinating audit requirements and documentation across vendor and internal stakeholders.
Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related quantitative field. You need 2–4+ years of hands-on experience in vendor management, strategic account management, BPO/ITO governance, or consulting/finance operations. Foundational accounting knowledge with multi-source invoice reconciliation experience is essential. Experience liaising with auditors or handling compliance and regulatory reviews in tech or banking environments is required. You should have a proven track record managing cross-functional projects, designing structured workflows, and delivering under tight timelines. Strong data manipulation skills, ability to translate raw data into executive insights, and fluency in English are essential. International travel up to 20% may be required. Experience with retail banks, neobanks, fintechs, or Lean/Six Sigma certification is a plus.
