DailyPay is the leader in On-Demand Pay, serving over 1,900 employers and 6 million employees. As a Strategic Implementation Manager, you will lead the deployment of DailyPay's SaaS solution for the company's largest and most complex accounts, managing the entire implementation lifecycle from pre-sales through go-live.
You will direct technical integrations between third-party vendors and DailyPay, performing comprehensive discovery sessions to capture complex requirements and designing bespoke technical solutions for non-standard customer integrations. You'll work closely with the Sales team on high-level pre-sales discussions and technical scoping, while proactively identifying and mitigating project risks for high-stakes accounts.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading strategic integrations for high-profile customers
- Executing deep discovery and building robust implementation documentation
- Conducting technical research to design unique solutions for complex integrations
- Supporting strategic sales with pre-sales technical discussions
- Identifying and managing project risks to ensure seamless delivery
- Influencing product development based on implementation feedback
- Becoming a specialist in DailyPay's product suite and internal workflows
- Coordinating handoffs with Operations and Support teams post-launch
You will manage demanding strategic accounts and influence both operational and C-level stakeholders, requiring excellent written and presentation skills with the ability to balance granular project details with the bigger picture.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 6+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, ideally within early-stage products or rapidly growing companies
- Proven ability to manage demanding strategic accounts and influence operational and C-level stakeholders
- Hands-on experience with SFTP automation and API builds, including log review, troubleshooting, and data validation
- Demonstrated experience leading unit testing, UAT, and complex data validation processes
- Excellent written and presentation skills with capacity to manage priorities and remain flexible
- Working proficiency in Excel and Google Suite

- Experience with Dell Boomi or HCM, Payroll, and Time Management systems
