As a Strategic Implementation Consultant, you will join Samsara's Implementation team within the Strategic Customer Success organization. You will be responsible for helping Enterprise customers deploy and adopt Samsara's IoT solutions for fleet and industrial assets. Your role begins where the sales team concludes: you own the customer relationship throughout onboarding, adoption, and deployment phases, ensuring successful implementation of Samsara's platform.
Your customers span diverse industries including trucking and transportation, food and beverage, passenger transit, utilities, and school bus operations. You will guide customers through system learning, manage deployments, build strong relationships, and ensure continuous business value realization.
This is a cross-functional role requiring collaboration with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product teams. You will need exceptional customer-facing communication skills, the ability to quickly understand customer business models, and comfort explaining complex technology to both C-suite executives and day-to-day operational users.

The role requires up to 10% travel to customer sites, including overnight stays. This is a remote position open to US-based candidates, excluding the San Francisco Bay Area, NYC Metro Area, and Washington D.C. Metro Area.
