LaunchDarkly is seeking a Strategic GTM Programs Director to serve as a trusted partner and execution leader across the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) organization. This role bridges strategy and execution, translating CRO priorities into actionable programs while maintaining organizational alignment and discipline. The director will coordinate organizational priorities and programmatically manage projects, initiatives, and communications across the global Revenue organization. Working closely with Revenue Operations, Finance, People, and Marketing, this role ensures critical business objectives advance with focus and rigor. Key responsibilities include: partnering with Revenue Operations on annual planning, OKRs, and V2MOM execution; leading cross-functional programs and special projects delegated by the CRO; identifying dependencies and clarifying ownership across teams; managing project documentation, status tracking, and risk management; supporting board and executive meeting preparation; coordinating major Revenue events (kickoffs, President's Club, all-hands); facilitating CRO-to-Revenue communications; supporting headcount planning and organizational design; partnering with Finance on budget visibility and procurement; serving as an escalation point for organizational concerns and cross-functional conflicts; and establishing the CRO organization's operating cadence. Ideal candidates bring significant experience in GTM strategy, business operations, executive operations, or consulting supporting senior leadership. Required skills include strong program management, complex cross-functional coordination, excellent written and verbal communication (including executive presentations), business acumen, analytical ability, and the capacity to influence and build alignment without direct authority. Experience in high-growth technology or SaaS companies is preferred. The role demands discretion, sound judgment with confidential information, and comfort managing multiple workstreams in fast-changing environments.
