You will join the Strategic Finance team as a Financial Analyst supporting the Field organization (Sales, Solution Consulting, Sales Operations & Enablement, and Marketing). This is an execution-focused role at the core of supporting the Sales organization's financial operations and strategic planning. Key responsibilities include: - Building and maintaining full-year budgets and quarterly forecasts for Field Organizations - Delivering monthly and quarterly financial analyses with budget-versus-actual variance reviews, surfacing key issues, risks, and business drivers - Supporting commission calculations, reporting, and annual compensation plan design - Partnering with Accounting on monthly close activities including vendor reviews, closed-won opportunities, collections, and commission payments - Developing and improving sales and customer metrics (revenue, ARR, ASP, seat penetration, quota attainment) - Partnering with business leaders on strategic initiatives with proactive recommendations backed by financial analysis - Driving ad-hoc projects and analysis to support long-term growth - Supporting company-wide annual and long-range planning processes The role requires rigorous FP&A work: getting numbers right, surfacing insights, and building operational infrastructure that enables the business to run effectively. Workplace: Hybrid with 3 days per week on-site in San Francisco (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday). Only candidates currently living in the San Francisco area will be considered. QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent - 2–5 years of FP&A or Strategic Finance experience, with at least 2 years supporting a Sales, Marketing, or GTM organization at a SaaS company - Strong understanding and substantial knowledge of complex financial modeling, GAAP accounting, and FP&A best practices - Strong communication skills with ability to think logically, rationally, and strategically; ability to distill and articulate complex data to drive business decisions; experience presenting analyses to management and leading initiatives - Proficiency in Excel/Sheets and a planning tool (Adaptive, Anaplan, or equivalent) required - Salesforce and Certinia experience is a strong plus
