As Strategic Finance & Operations Manager, you will sit at the intersection of revenue, go-to-market, and financial strategy. This is a high-visibility role reporting to finance leadership, working directly with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering leaders to drive deals and scale the business intelligently. Key responsibilities include: - Build dynamic financial and operating models to evaluate new sales strategies and pricing models, balancing growth with margin health - Work closely with the sales team on customer contracts, collaborating with engineering, product, and finance to operationalize new product offers - Identify and drive process automation opportunities, bringing structure and continuous improvement to reduce friction and cycle time - Support sales leaders with funnel analysis and pipeline visibility, turning CRM data into actionable financial insights - Support revenue and demand forecasting for resource allocation and cross-functional planning across GTM, Engineering, and Product - Assist with capital planning, corporate finance, and investor relations as needed You are a structured thinker who moves fast—able to build rigorous models from scratch and ship them quickly. You are a cross-functional operator equally comfortable in product roadmap discussions, sales deal reviews, and finance close meetings. You act as a true business partner, not just a scorekeeper, helping shape what happens next rather than only reporting what happened. You are detail-obsessed but never lost in the weeds, holding yourself to high accuracy standards while zooming out to tell the story behind the numbers. You are comfortable with ambiguity and can build processes and frameworks where none currently exist. REQUIREMENTS: Required: - 4+ years of experience in strategic finance, investment banking, or management consulting - Demonstrated experience building financial models from scratch - Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience working with CRM data (Salesforce or equivalent) - Excellent communication skills—able to translate financial analysis into clear recommendations for non-finance audiences - Experience or strong interest in using AI agents and tooling to develop efficient workstreams that deliver high-quality results Preferred: - Experience at a high-growth SaaS or infrastructure company; prior exposure to usage-based pricing models is a strong plus - Familiarity with revenue recognition principles and billing systems - Experience designing or administering sales compensation plans - Comfort working with highly technical data and familiarity with SQL/BigQuery to pull and analyze data independently
