The company operates a global team spanning 24 countries with linguistic diversity across 25+ languages.
The Treasury Payments Operations Analyst role is critical to the company's financial health and operations. You will be responsible for reviewing and facilitating payments as part of the treasury function, ensuring fast and accurate transaction processing for the Treasury and Commercial teams. This position requires meticulous attention to detail and careful review of each transaction to ensure compliance with company requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Review and facilitate payment of operational and merchant transactions with careful compliance verification
- Assist with reconciliation of commercial trades and related transactional activity
- Review and reconciliation of digital asset and crypto withdrawals
- Facilitate timely and accurate processing of fiat currency payments at the request of the Commercial team
- Provide standby support for processing fiat payments outside standard working hours
- Assist the Commercial team in managing payment processing expectations
- Provide feedback on inefficient payment processes to drive improvements
- Support the Treasury function with liquidity management
- Manage transactional queries with service providers on an ongoing basis
- Assist with RFI requests on payment transactions
- Handle travel rule-related queries and submissions
- Support digital asset transactions including loading and review
- Gather information from various sources using effective research tools
- Maintain and improve templates and standard operating procedures
In your first 30 days, you will familiarize yourself with company culture, values, and processes; gain proficiency in required banking platforms; engage with Finance and Commercial teams to understand payment operations; and proactively address operational issues and bottlenecks.
Requirements:
- 3+ years' experience in payments review and processing with strong attention to detail
- 3+ years' experience working with foreign currencies
- Understanding of processing payments in local and foreign currencies
- Basic working knowledge of Google Sheets
- Basic knowledge and understanding of virtual assets/crypto
- Preferably available immediately
