In this Strategic Finance Lead role, you will shape the company's capital and financing strategy by evaluating debt and equity alternatives, capital structure options, and fundraising scenarios. You'll develop investor-ready materials including rigorous presentations and analyses for prospective investors, the Board, and senior leadership, translating Iru's performance and strategy into compelling financial narratives.
You will own financial modeling and scenario planning, building and maintaining integrated models that assess operating plans, investments, hiring, growth opportunities, and capital needs. Core responsibilities include leading FP&A processes—forecasting, annual planning, budgeting, variance analysis, and management reporting—while developing actionable insights into business performance. You'll partner closely with functional and executive leaders to develop budgets, forecasts, investment cases, and operating plans, challenging assumptions constructively and clarifying financial implications of key decisions.
Additionally, you'll evaluate new opportunities and company-level priorities through market analysis, business cases, and financial diligence, while strengthening the strategic finance function by building rigorous, scalable processes that improve decision-making speed and quality across Finance and the broader business.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 6+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, management consulting, private equity, venture capital, or related analytical discipline
- Background combining two or more of the following strongly preferred; three or all four especially compelling: investment banking, management consulting, private equity/venture capital, in-house strategic finance or FP&A
- Strong command of financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, scenario planning, valuation, and capital structure analysis
- Experience developing executive-, Board-, or investor-facing materials with ability to translate detailed analysis into concise, persuasive narrative
- Meaningful hands-on FP&A experience and ability to operate across both strategic and recurring finance responsibilities
- Experience in high-growth SaaS or technology company strongly preferred
- Excellent business judgment and comfort moving between detailed analysis and executive-level communication
- Proactive, resourceful approach and comfort in fast-moving environment with high-stakes priorities
