As a Strategic Execution Project Manager within the Fever Originals team, you will drive operational excellence across Strategic Scalable Initiatives (SSI)—a portfolio of experiences including We Call It, The Jury Experience, and The Jazz Room. Key responsibilities include: **Operational Efficiency**: Conduct deep-dive analyses of how Project Managers, Producers, and Support Agents allocate their time. Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks, benchmark against best practices, and recommend process, tooling, organizational, or training improvements. Monitor the impact of implemented initiatives through regular reviews. **Capacity & Resource Planning**: Analyze individual and team bandwidth to optimize workload allocation and resource utilization. Support long-term workforce planning by identifying hiring needs based on capacity trends and business growth. Build recurring reporting that provides visibility into team utilization across the SSI organization. **Operational Compliance**: Monitor adherence to key operational standards including capacity planning, pipeline management, session scheduling, and cancellation tracking. Partner directly with Project Managers to understand blockers, coach process adoption, and improve compliance through continuous feedback. **Cost Optimization**: Identify opportunities to reduce operational costs while maintaining quality and team productivity. You'll work cross-functionally with multiple teams to implement practical solutions that improve productivity, optimize costs, and strengthen operational discipline across all regions. Success requires strong analytical thinking, curiosity, stakeholder management skills, and a passion for continuous improvement.
