Anduril Industries is seeking an Associate Director of Strategic Execution to join the Maneuver Dominance Division in Washington, DC (with an option for London, UK). This role sits at the intersection of business development, operations, and finance, driving strategic planning and execution for a rapidly growing defense technology company. You will partner cross-functionally to manage sales pipelines, refine strategic reporting, and prioritize resources to support aggressive growth targets. Key responsibilities include analyzing top-line data, maintaining TAM (Total Addressable Market) assignments, and translating sales pipeline demand into planning inputs that surface trends and enable data-backed decisions. You'll proactively identify and address business process challenges across Business Development, Operations, and Finance functions, using quantitative analysis to drive sustainable process improvements. A core part of the role involves leveraging advanced data analysis to distill complex information into strategic narratives for executive stakeholders, enabling faster and more informed decision-making. You'll also execute multiple special projects across various areas as they arise. The ideal candidate has 4–10 years of varied experience in an operating role at a high-growth company, in finance, or in consulting. You must be exceptionally skilled at communication (written and verbal), comfortable navigating ambiguity, and able to frame and own analytical problems from start to finish. You're detail-oriented, data-driven, tactical (not just strategic), and proficient with CRM tools, especially Salesforce. Preferred qualifications include experience with international government business development, government contract structures, government proposal processes, prior military or contracting experience, or government sector background. This role offers a competitive salary, equity grants, and comprehensive benefits.
