Fever is a global tech platform for culture and live entertainment, reaching over 300 million people monthly across 55+ countries. The company partners with major brands like Netflix, F.C. Barcelona, and Primavera Sound to democratize access to cultural experiences.
You will lead the design and execution of Fever's most complex, high-impact events globally. This is a strategic operations role where you own projects end-to-end, from early-stage definition through final execution. You will not simply execute existing playbooks—you will define how events should be operated, building operational strategies and processes from scratch when needed.
Key responsibilities include:
• End-to-End Event Ownership: Lead operational strategy for large-scale, high-complexity events involving major partners and novel formats. Own projects from planning through execution, ensuring delivery meets partner expectations and internal standards.
• Operational Strategy & Design: Translate partner needs into scalable operational models. Design processes, workflows, and tools from scratch. Define how events should run, not just how to execute them.
• Problem Solving in Ambiguity: Break down complex, undefined problems into actionable plans. Anticipate operational risks and design mitigation strategies. Make decisions with incomplete information.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with Sales, Originals, Product, and local Operations teams. Align multiple stakeholders around clear execution plans. Serve as the main operational point of contact for key partners.
• Execution Oversight: Ensure designed solutions are effectively implemented on the ground. Support local teams in executing complex setups. Step in to unblock critical issues.
Success means delivering complex events without relying on existing playbooks, designing and reusing new operational models, positioning Fever as a strategic operator (not just executor), reducing ambiguity through clear structure, and moving projects forward with minimal supervision.
You bring 2–4 years of experience in Strategy & Operations roles at high-growth companies, with proven ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems and lead projects end-to-end. You are a structured problem solver who breaks complexity into clear actions, a builder who creates solutions where none exist, and someone who operates independently with high ownership. You balance strategic thinking with execution capability and excel at stakeholder management and influence without authority. Experience in operational environments (logistics, marketplaces, large-scale ops) is a plus.
